Interaction of a Plane Electromagnetic Wave with a Metallized Fractal Surface
摘要
A geometric covering with fractal properties is used to model a metallized material-media interface. The integrodifferential α-characteristics of a plane electromagnetic wave near the fractal interface between dielectrics and metal have been determined. It was revealed that the small element of the fractal surface acts as a combination of orthogonally oriented electrical and magnetic 2α-poles. The dependence of the reflection coefficient on the plane wave parameters and the properties of the fractal media interface are analyzed.
