On the Quasi-Static Distribution of an External Electric Field in Semiconducting Heterostructures with a Quantum Well

ABSTRACT

The distribution of an external quasi-static electric field in a heterostructure with a two-dimensional conducting channel has been found as a function of the structure parameters for the case of low temperatures. The temperature evolution of the field distribution is considered.
