ANTIREFLECTIVE EFFECT OF ELECTRODEPOSITED ZnO NANOSTRUCTURES
摘要
The conditions for a pulsed electrochemical deposition from an aqueous electrolyte of zinc oxide nanostructure arrays with specific morphology, crystal structure and optical properties on the substrates of transparent conductive tin dioxide and silicon wafers with embedded homojunctions have been studied in order to create the antireflection coatings for solar cells. The possibility of obtaining of the planar single-layer antireflection coatings or nanorod arrays of this material as having the shape of hexagonal prisms and such which demonstrate the moth eye effect was shown. Nanocomposites have been prepared by sequential cathodic electrochemical deposition of nanostructured one-dimensional ZnO arrays and nickel nanoparticles. These nanocomposites are characterized by a lowered reflection of light in the visible region and so are potentially useful as selective coatings for solar thermal collectors.
