ABSTRACT

In this paper, the general trends connected with the field amplitude behavior in moving a point of observation from the far-field region into the Fresnel zone are analyzed. Also, the calculation results of the dependences under consideration for different types of antennas and the angular distribution of electrical and magnetic fields at different distances from a source are presented.
