ABSTRACT

Two-dimensional physical and mathematical model of solution flow in flow-injection electrochemiluminescent analyzer is developed. The computer-aided calculations of the model provided for 2D image of the investigated sample velocity profile that can serve as the basis for prediction of the dispersion in the microchannel module and optimization of the parameters of the entire flow-injection system.
