ON SINGLE CRYSTAL REACTION INITIATION FOR THERMOMECHANICAL IGNITION MODELS
摘要
The simplest, single crystal ignition model, that includes the effects of internal mechanical processes on heat transfer and chemical reaction excitation, is examined. An isotropic and anisotropic variant of the reactive, damageable, and deformable medium's model of continua mechanics is the basis of the analysis. Cracks, pores, and cavities are described by the damageness parameter - the relative specific volume of damaged material. This parameter is the function of space coordinate and time analogously to temperature, component concentration, and stress and strain tensor's components. Particular crystal model variants are studied (the ignition of the isotropic body with finite size, the ignition of hexagonal crystal). Various regimes of the reaction excitation are presented and discussed.
