摘要

A new hybrid access strategy in an isolated cell of the wireless communication network, which provides the sharing of channels reservation schemes for new calls and the cutting off scheme for h-calls, is proposed. It is assumed that the channel holding time by the calls of various types is different. The exact and approximate methods of calculating the characteristics of this strategy are developed, the problems of searching the optimal values to achieve a given level of service quality are solved for.
