Method of Verifying Sufficiency of Individual Ranking Consistency in Group Decision Making

ABSTRACT

Methods of calculation of concordance coefficients in view of expert competence, and also threshold values of concordance coefficients and rank correlation in determination of the resulting ranking by the Bord method, are suggested. Threshold of detection is used for establishing the presence of useful information in the set of individual rankings, threshold of application is used for determination of conformity of the individual ranking set to ideas of the decision making person concerning admissible deviations in estimates given by different experts.
