On One Approach to Support for Decision Making in R&D Planning. Part 1. The Long-Term Plan Model

ABSTRACT

The approach is based on forming of the plan of research and development (PRD) on the current planning period as a lime section of long-term PRD. Decision making concerning of a choice of the long-term PRD variant is based on estimation of rating of PRD variants on the given interval by the method of objective dynamic estimation which uses an hierarchy of objectives. We have proposed the model of a PRD variant as well as method of preliminary selection of the admissible under resource restrictions long-term PRD variants.
