摘要
Dynamics of the qualitative and quantitative composition of macrozoobenthos were investigated in the straits of the Selenga River delta under conditions of unstable water regime in July − October 2012. It has been shown that during the period of summer flood accompanied by significant fluctuations in water level and flowrate, and also by changes in the composition of bottom sediments, the structure of benthic communities also essentially changed. On the whole, during the period of investigations the average quantitative indices of macrozoobenthos registered at different stations and in different months varied over a wide range: numbers − 830−27067 specimens/m2, whereas biomass − 0.64−44.02 g/m2.
