摘要
Ralph Webb, a pioneer in enhanced heal transfer, proselytizes his field for the economic and technical benefit of industry. His mission has been, and always will be the promotion of enhanced heat transfer technology. As a result, he has been instrumental in facilitating the industrial use of augmentation in innovative heat exchanger design.
