ABSTRACT

The viscous gas flow past non-spherical particles in an unbounded volume of a cosinusoid, a spheroid, and a spheroid with a hole is considered. The method for calculating the hydromechanical parameters around the non-spherical particles is specified. The results of the parametrical calculations are presented. Comparison of these results with available empirical dependences is carried out.
