DEVELOPMENT OF DROPLET SIZE DISTRIBUTION IN FGD SPRAY TOWERS
摘要
The droplet size distribution along the height of a wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) scrubber spray zone is estimated considering nonstationary droplet motion. The influence of other parameters, such as initial droplet velocity, spray angle, and scrubber gas velocity, is discussed. The Sauter mean diameter of the droplet size distribution along the height of the spray zone, being influenced by the mentioned parameters, is presented.
