USING THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS FOR COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND CONSTRUCTION OF OPTIMAL OPTION SETS FOR ACTIVATION OF COAL–WATER FUEL

摘要

The multiple-criteria decision is made on a comparative analysis of three methods used to activate coal–water fuel (CWF) from brown coal with a different ratio of solid and water phases based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with additional construction of sets of optimal solutions. The sensitivity of the change of results was measured in the percentage of the composition of coal–water fuel, also, the relative importance of the upper-level criteria — economical and technological — had been investigated. The stability of optimal solutions (alternatives) is shown. The studies were carried out using the "NooTron" decision support system (DSS) developed at the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. The results can be used in project development.
