摘要
In experiments on rats, it has been shown that hypoxic training results in enhanced immunoreactivity to corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) and β-endorphin and increased content of these neuropeptides in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the hypothalamus. Whereby, the ratio of the area of the immunoreactive material and the CRH / β-endorphin level, and the coefficient of their content in the PVN did not change significantly compared with the control. Thus, the selected mode of hypoxic effects results in body adaptation, which is manifested as the balanced activity of stress-realizing and stress-limiting systems of rats' hypothalamus.
