The results of the oscillator calculation, simulation and experimental investigation are given with the following parameters: output power is 2×0.5 W, operating frequency is 5MHz, MOSFET BS170. It is shown that this oscillator can operate stable in the range of parameters for a single E class oscillator. The proposed oscillator circuit can be used in the high-frequency power distribution systems. %8 2014-09-11
