T1 Plasma-Stark Oscillations in Semiconductor Superlattice Near the Morse Critical Point of the Dispersion Equation JF Telecommunications and Radio Engineering JO TRE YR 1997 FD 1997-07-01 VO 51 IS 6-7 SP 99 OP 104 AB Dispersion laws of intermode plasma-Stark potential oscillations in a superconductor superlattice have been studied without a restriction on interaction forces. It is shown that in the spectral problem of the macroscopic theory the isolated nondegenerate Morse critical point of the dispersion equation results in the existence of hybrid intermode oscillations in its vicinity. The analysis of the dispersion equations, obtained in the Morse-point vicinities, makes it possible to draw conclusions about the character of oscillations interaction. In particular, the maximum increment of the oscillation increase was found to occur in a small vicinity of the Morse point. It is precisely that oscillations interact most intensively in this vicinity. PB Begell House LK https://www.dl.begellhouse.com/journals/0632a9d54950b268,655010bf04383117,28e620b056fd2569.html
