H. Ransom, Multiphase Science and Technology, Vol. 3, pp.468−470, 1987) was compared with the predictions of five different computer codes. The results demonstrated consistently that implicit methods led to a numerical damping of the manometer oscillation whereas non-implicit formulations gave much better solutions. %8 1992-11-01
