摘要

The novel mathematical model for unified simulation both laminar and low-Reynolds turbulent flow, including the bifurcation point, is described and tested. This model is based on the quasi-gas dynamic equations, that differ from the Navier-Stokes system by the additional nonlinear dissipative terms. In turbulent flow simulations these additional terms play the role of subgrid dissipation. The results of simulations for a backward-facing step flow in 2D and 3D configurations are presented.
