Abstract

This paper discusses the two-component turbulent flow with heat transfer modelling that take place inside the protective clothing. The flow geometry is reconstructed by means of photogrammetry from scanned data. Some design improvements are presented that allows to reduce hotspots over the body surface and increase thermal comfort.
