THE METHOD OF CRYPTOCOMPRESSION PRESENTATION OF VIDEOINFORMATION RESOURCES IN A GENERALIZED STRUCTURALLY POSITIONED SPACE

ABSTRAKT

This paper considers the spheres of application of the video surveillance systems and main threats to security related to illicit disclosure (interception) of video information. It is indicated on the necessity of encoding (encryption) of the video surveillance data. However, in order to implement the videoinformation resource into the daily life of the society and the state there exist certain problematic restrictions of legal and technical nature. It is noted that a substantial drawback of the cryptographic algorithms restricting their application for provision of the videoinformation resources safety is that most of the methods are versatile, i.e., they do not consider the particular features of the sources of the information. There are provided definitions to the categories of the cryptocompression presentation, the cryptocompression transformation and the methods of cryptocompression transformation (presentation). It is suggested the method of cryptocompression presentation the videoinformation resources on the basis of the floating scheme of the generalized positioned encoding in the differential basis that provides for complexing of compression and encoding (encryption) of the video data; reducing of the dynamic range of the data forming the information and service components of the cryptocompression presentation; forming of the information component codegrams of a uniform length on the basis of a variable (preliminary undetermined) number of basic image elements. This method allows solving an important research and application problem related to increasing of the information safety categories for the videoinformation with preserving its integrity in the real time scale. It is also suggested a recurrent scheme for formation of the information component based on the floating scheme of the generalized positioned encoding in the differential basis.
