ABSTRAKT

The design and principle of operation of the quasi-optical polarization frequency changer with a rotating linear polarizer are described. The level of unwanted oscillations of the input signal frequency and "mirror" frequency at the output was less than −50 dB relative to the wanted signal level when tuning the quarter-wave differential phase sections to an operating frequency.
