Forming of a Beam with a Uniform Intensity Distribution in the Active Resonator of Waveguide CO2-Laser

On the basis of a method of decomposition upon processes of diffraction and amplification-refraction the estimation of influence of a lasant on the radiation profile in the proposed construction of new waveguide CO2-laser with the homogeneous output beam is carried out. It is shown, that in deciding on the optimal sizes of the resonator mirrors and the multimode waveguide, parameters of the spatial filter on the heterogeneous mirror the lasant can facilitate a decrease of the diffraction losses of the fundamental mode and an increase of the homogeneous shape of the output beam profile of a laser radiation.
