Synthesis and Analysis of Reflective and Mixed Active Multifunctional Plane Layered Media

ABSTRAKT

An algorithm for determining parameters of uncontrolled layers of plane layered media of different types, containing active semiconductor elements with known complex conductivities and ensuring the required amplification and the given relations of the coefficients of amplification and the phase difference of reflected and transmitted electromagnetic waves in two states, determined by the levels of controlling low-frequency impact on diodes, is developed. The problems of synthesis and analysis of simplest structures of reflective and mixed active plane layered media are solved. It is shown that the obtained expressions for determining parameters of uncontrolled layers are valid for both types of the layered media, if these expressions use a definite double substitution for real and imaginary components of complex conductivities of the controlled layer. A method for decreasing the dependence of the dissipated wave characteristics on the variation of the incident wave power is proposed.
