ABSTRAKT

The results of simulation and experimental research of functional units of the transmitting and receiving paths of the telecommunication system in the 130...134 GHz terahertz frequency range, consisting of: frequency converters pumped at the basic harmonic, n-heterodyne with quasi-optical and spatial power summation methods, bandpass septum-filter in the 1.6 × 0.8 mm waveguide channel.
