ABSTRAKT
A method of spectral processing of stochastic analog signal given by the amplitude and time parameters of its extreme is described. The method has a very high processing speed, it does not require preliminary storage of input information, is not sensitive to high-level additive noise, and allows us to analyze processes of theoretically unlimited length.
