ABSTRAKT

A mathematical model is considered that describes an open economic system, taking into account the availability of monopolists in it with different strategies of consumer behavior. The expressions for model characteristics, which define the optimum equilibrium of the economic systems, are found. We show that the different states of equilibrium are related to the choice of tax policies.
