Intensification of Extraction of Thermolabile Organic Polymers into a Liquid Electrolyte

ABSTRAKT

Pectin extraction from various types of dried lemon raw material into an elec-trolyte solution was used to experimentally study the possibilities of intensifica¬tion of extraction of thermolabile high-molecular biopolymers by optimizing extraction parameters, using various physicochemical effects, developing phase interface, and controlling pH and hydromodulus. A combination of chemical shock and preliminarily optimized dispersion of the initial material was found to significantly increase the polymer yield with no additional expenditure of energy and material.
