ABSTRAKT

Results of an experimental study of thermohydraulic processes in an annular channel with a wide gap in sharp heat release in the central rod are presented. An analysis of videorecording of the process, wall temperature records, and indications of pressure pickups allowed one to formulate a physical model of the process and to model different stages of it.
