Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Enhancement in Natural Convection in Limited Space by Using Delta-Winglet Longitudinal Vortex Generators
ABSTRAKT
This paper focuses on the experimental study of heat transfer enhancement in vertical natural convection in a limited space by longitudinal vortex. In the experimental range of Grashof number, the effect of attack angle, the height and width of the winglet of longitudinal vortex generator (LVG) on the heat transfer performance are experimentally investigated, and the best attack angle has been obtained. Moreover, the effect of right-angle, triangle LVG, and low rectangular fins are compared, and the results show that the effect of right-angle triangle LVG is better than that of rectangular fins.
