A REGULARIZATION METHOD IN STUDYING QUASI-TRANSVERSE WAVES IN PRE-FRACTAL MICROSTRIP LINE SYSTEMS

ABSTRAKT

Problem of electromagnetic wave propagation in a microstrip line pre-fractal system has been formulated and transformed by employing the integral equation technique. The Carleman−Vekua regularization method has been successfully used in examining singular integral equations which determine the main characteristics of quasi-transverse waves in the said system. A narrow strip approximation of the problem is considered in detail. Numerical results are presented too.
