The problem is solved by the method of Integral Functionals. The frequency dependences of the CFRP reflection coefficient obtained by the method of Integral Functionals and by the method of quasi-optical reflectometry in sub-THz frequency range at different polarizations and angles of the wave incidence on the CFEP sample are compared. The results obtained can serve as a base for investigation of more complicated CFRP models including modeling of different types of surface contaminations. They can help interpret CFRP reflectometry results more effectively as well as to improve the methods of CFRP non-destructive testing in THz range of electromagnetic spectrum.
