ABSTRAKT
We present a concept of a permanent magnet probe for local velocity, temperature and turbulent heat flux measurements in liquid metals. The probes for axial and radial heat flux work well up to a distance between probe center and wall of two probe diameters (d=1.5 mm). The results of the probes for liquid sodium flow with Re=40000 and qW=2.0 W/cm2 are shown and compared with other measurements in liquid metals.
