A Mathematical Model of Two-Stage Search of Receiving Channels in a Laser Communication Line when Establishing Communication in Conditions of Interference

A mathematical model of two-stage search of receiving channels in a laser communication line at the stage of establishment of communication in conditions of intentional and unintentional interference is proposed. The model is based on methods of the theory of graphs and semi-Markovian random processes and ensures obtaining quantitative values of search efficiency indicators, taking into account the basic factors affecting its efficiency, i.e., the search time, the number of cycles at the first and second stages, the relations between stage durations, the time of the object residence in the search sector, scan algorithms, effects of masking and simulating interference, etc.
