Adaptation of Rejection Band at the Doppler Selection of Signals

SINOPSIS

Possibility to elaborate a selective system with using both an average noise interference intensity on the input and its exceeding in the current level at the input for rejection band adaptation. This makes it possible to response on the fast variations of contaminating signal intensity which is the result in reflection from the sea-wave crests. Efficiency of the system bein proposed is tested experimentally in the sea-contaminating signal conditions. A considerable increase in the interference rejection from 5-6 dB to 15-20 dB was demonstrated by the adaptive band correction. It normalizes output statistics and allows us to improve detection of the low-speed objects against the background of sea.
