EFFECTS OF MULTIPATH PROPAGATION ON THE DETERMINATION OF SPURIOUS ELECTROMAGNETIC EMISSIONS ATTENUATION

SINOPSIS

Two- and four-beam models of electromagnetic wave propagation inside a building were used to identify the resultant field generation features. The calculation helped evaluate the levels of errors in defining attenuation factors for spurious electromagnetic emissions from different technical equipment in the building, using traditional experimental methods. Recommendations on methods for decreasing such errors are formulated.
