New Numerical-Analytical Approach in the Theory of Excitation of Superdimensional Electrodynamical Structures
SINOPSIS
A new numerical-analytical method is developed and tested for studying the excitation processes of superdimensional electrodynamical structures (EDS) in rigorous formulation. The concrete results, obtained for two modes of Interaction between relativistic electron beams and superdimensional EDS (the modes of EDS excitation near the frequencies of the π- and 2π-types of vibrations), which are of practical interest for superhigh-power microwave electronics, are evidence for good prospects of applying this approach to numerical modeling of wave processes in superhigh-power microwave devices.
