SINOPSIS
Sufficient conditions of technical stability for elongated elastic flight systems under their controlled longitudinal vertical motion are formulated. Influence of the variable cross-section, significance of lateral deformations and vibrations is taken into account for given flight systems. The obtained criteria of technical stability depend on a small positive parameter, which is a function of basic parameters of the controlled dynamic process, in particular, increase of lateral loading for bending of the system axis and aerodynamic forces.
