SINOPSIS

A short analysis of V. I. Vernadsky's doctrine is given on natural waters, live substance, biosphere and its evolution to noosphere which is a base of modern scientific world outlook. An actuality of system hydroecological study of continental water bodies and World Ocean is justified.
