SINOPSIS
The indirect method of surface occupation density and average size diagnostics of the silver monolayer nanostructures on a solid substrate using the bifactorial analysis of the surface plasmon resonance band is proposed. Under the condition of the appropriate a priori check by means of direct methods, the indirect method proposed can be a very simple in situ method of diagnostics.
