SINOPSIS

The features of pathological changes in modeling the primary and recurrent acute hemorrhagic stroke were studied in rats. The differences in the pharmacological activity of the medicinal drugs in acute stroke have been revealed. The drugs increased survival of the neurons in both hemispheres of rat cerebrum at right-side primary and recurrent hemorrhagic stroke. In recurrent stroke, the number of degenerative neurons has been shown to be (25.5 ± 0.8) cells/mm2, after administration of cerebrolysin, cortexin and cerebral, the number of degenerative neurons is (17.6 ± 1.7) cells/mm2, (18.0 ± 0.9) cells/mm2, and 10.7 ± 0.4) cells/mm2, respectively, while in control animals, it do not exceed 2% and averages (1.5 ± 0.1) cells/mm2. An analysis of morphological and statistical data has shown that cortexin and cerebral are the most effective remedies under the primary and recurrent hemorrhagic stroke, while the latter has more pronounced effect.
