SINOPSIS

Fibrinolytic and thrombolytic activity of extracellular enzyme complexes from the cultures of coprotrophic mushrooms Coprinus domesticus (Bolt.: Fr.) S. F. Gray and С. Cinnereus (Schaeff.: Fr.) S. F. Gray, as well as xylotrophic mushroom, Cerrena unicolor (Bull.: Fr.) Murr., were investigated during biomedical experiments in vitro and in vivo. It was shown that enzyme complexes isolated from C. domesticus, C. cinereus, and Cerrena unicolor possess a large affinity for fibrin and cause fibrin lysis. In addition, a direct and stable thrombolytic effect developed, proving more significant in fresh thrombosis.
