Such a structure admits a rigorous electrodynamic solution with a minimum number of familiar physical assumptions and could be used a good model of real antennas made of a thin foil-coated dielectric material with electrically long slots. The problem is solved by the method of analytical semi-inversion of the initial boundary-value problem operator in combination with the method of moments. The near- and far-zone radiation fields, specifically, E- and H-field components, are analyzed along with the power characteristics of the fields which are reflected and transmitted into the waveguide. %8 2016-10-26
