Calculation results for the evolution of the dispersion of scalar and of the rate of scalar dissipation are compared for these three stochastic models and also for the model of one of the authors which is based on the equation for the joint probability density function of the scalar and its gradient. All these statistical characteristics are compared with similar data of direct numerical simulation which has been carried out for the same conditions. %8 2005-07-01
