The wide scale experimental researches for the creation small-sized or compact forced power plants of the future generation have revealed a number of new phenomena. They are showed most strongly in the field of high thermal tensions of all component units of power plants, when the specific densities of a heat flux reach 1-1,5 MW/m2, velocities of a two phase flow of 250-300 m/s, and water up to 15 m/s.
