RÉSUMÉ

The developed by the authors optic acoustic method of focusing of laser radiation on a surface of a work piece is considered at laser dimensional processing. The algorithm of tracking after a focal point in the process of material engraving and cutting is provided. The algorithm is based on measurement of the geometric shape of the product surface. The results of experimental tests of the developed method are shown. The practical marketability and technological efficiency of the method is demonstrated.
