STRUCTURAL SLOTTING WITH UNIFORM REDISTRIBUTION FOR ENHANCING TRUSTWORTHINESS OF INFORMATION STREAMS

RÉSUMÉ

The paper indicates at existence of the problem of providing for integrity of the videoinformation resource for modern image processing methods. A special attention is paid to the necessity of solving this problem in the sphere of servicing the government institutions. There are considered the existing technologies for localization of the error in the process of restoration. Localization of the error is attained due to execution of positioning of the codes. In order to provide for positioning of the codes it is suggested to develop the method of the align distribution for the statistical codes. Forming of the fixed length code constructions (the slots) is performed with taking into account of the binary element sequence structural characteristic. A particularity of forming of the binomial codes is reasoning performance of structural slotting on the basis of the two-hierarchy scheme. In the suggested method it is attained localization of distribution of the re-establishment error within the limits of a set of the sequence of binary elements possessing certain structural characteristics. A particular feature in forming of the last binomial code provides for positioning of the transform under the conditions of performing cyberattacks. Therefore, the developed method of structural slotting with the uniform align distribution allows improving trustworthiness of the information streams.
