RÉSUMÉ

The paper presents experimental data confirming the hypothesis put forward by the authors about the probability of the anisotropy of the random molecule velocity in the Earth atmosphere, that is associated with the horizontal wind. Numerous experimental data retrieved under various weather conditions, at various time of day and year prove that the random molecule velocity downwind is always lower than that upwind.
