RÉSUMÉ

Possibility of frequency tuning of a Gunn-diode oscillator by means of a heterogeneity in the form a metal or dielectric rod, inserted into a partly shielded quasioptical dielectric semi-disk resonator is considered. The characteristics of frequency tuning of the oscillator for different modes and a rod made of different substances are shown. It is developed the model allowing estimation of the influence of the rod entered into the resonator on its eigen frequency and oscillation frequency of the oscillator stabilized by it.
