RÉSUMÉ

Electric and magnetic aspects of the origin of radar "angel-echo" clutters and their virtual images formed using the Fourier and wavelet transforms are considered. The results of the interaction of electromagnetic wave with local atmospheric inhomogeneities as a possible cause of "angel echoes" radiolocation clutters are discussed. It is shown that the characteristics of atmospheric inhomogeneities are inherently connected with the features of angel signals. This is confirmed by their virtual images in the frequency area and the ability to visualize changes in the frequency spectrum of non-stationary angel signals.
